The problem
Content teams outgrow WhatsApp and spreadsheets fast.

Can we use Cortiq Tasks today? , draft
Yes — it is live and runs Cortiq's own teams and channels every day. We are opening it to other content teams in early access: request access and we set up your workspace with you.
Do we have to use the YouTube Channels module?
No. Channels is an optional module that an admin switches on in settings. Teams that don't publish video use tasks, chat and finance on their own — nothing else changes.
Can our video tools and automations add work automatically?
Yes. The REST API lets n8n, Make, Zapier or your own scripts create and update tasks and videos with a personal API token. Each tool sends its own ID with a video, so a retry after a crash returns the existing video instead of creating a duplicate.
Who can see our finance data?
Only the workspace owner, by default. The owner gives each person view, record or full-control access — admins included — and access ends automatically when their role changes.
Is our data private?
Every workspace is isolated and every action is permission-checked on the server. Direct and group chats are readable only by their members — even workspace admins can't read them. Each channel room is open to the team working on that channel.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. Cortiq Tasks is fully responsive from phone to desktop, with light and dark themes.
